Terms and Conditions of boarding

We must see valid vaccine certs for dogs, including kennel cough, before they arrive. Kennel cough vaccines must be given 14 days prior to the dog’s arrival. All dogs must do a trial night before they can stay for their full holiday. All dogs must come with their own bed and food, and we do the rest! There is a 3 euro per day supplement for dogs, and 1 euro per day for cats, that don’t come with their own food or enough for the duration of their stay. Dogs that stay more than 3 days beyond their original leaving date, without prior arrangements from their owner, will be surrendered to a facility, no exceptions. A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking for all stays over 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

Customers who cancel their booking less than 14 days prior to their arrival are liable for a 50% cancellation fee. Customers that cancel their booking less than 7 days before their stay, are liable to pay a 70% cancellation fee. Customers that collect their pet earlier than arranged, must pay the full fee.

1 dog – 25

2 dogs – 40 (sharing)

3 dogs – 60 (sharing)

1 cat – 12

2 cats – 21 (sharing)

3 cats – 30 (sharing)

Little furries/reptiles are priced on request

If you are collecting your pet in the evening, (4-6PM), you will incur the next day’s charge.
